Frequently Asked Questions

What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is a subscription-based healthcare model that allows patients to pay a monthly fee directly to their primary care provider for a range of services. This model offers easy access to visits, preventive care, and personalized health management, all without the hassle of insurance billing. Patients benefit from more time with their doctors and a focus on personalized care. This approach can lead to better health outcomes and increased satisfaction with the healthcare experience.
Do you take health insurance?
No. At AprilMD we have a subscription model which allows your physician to focus on you. This means faster appointments that are not rushed and much shorter follow up times. Patients can opt to pay monthly or yearly.
